Art movement,dedicated to expresing the imagination ae revealed in dreams,free of the conscious control of reason and convention.The movement's principal aim was to resolve the priviously contradictory anditions of dream and reality intro an absolute reality,a super-reality.

Undoubtedly the most famous Surrealist painting in history is "The Presidence of Memory" , is Salvador Dali's iconic ode to time.The dripping clock reflect the inner workings of Dali's subsconscious and convey a simple message: time as we know it's meaningless.
